I like the Dell computers but dont like the price. Is there a comparable one that is just as good? Someone spoke of global computer. The dell I was looking at was the dimension E520.

Dell has some very good prices on their special sales. My wife works for Dell and some of the sale prices are a good deal better than she can buy for. I see them on the Internet and in the Sunday paper a lot.

Well if your looking for a cheaper manufacturer then your gonna get cheaper parts which is not always a good idea when it comes to computer hardware. But I would look at some pre built systems at newegg.com. They always have the best prices on computer hardware. And if your feeling squirley enough you can just build your own via newegg.com
I've bought two really poerful computers from Palicomp on Ebay. Great supplier and cheap as well.
