Your DSL company probably will not give you any support on the router *unless* you bought it from them.

However, it does sound like either:

1. A matter of plugging the wires up in the right place.

2. A configuration problem with your router.

The DSL modem obviously recognizes the router or you wouldn't be able to log on with either computer.

As an alternative, your router probably has four ports for computers, try pluggin in the non-working computer to a different port and see if you have a bad port.

Make sure you set up the router correctly and connected all the wires in the right places, and installed the router software on ONLY ONE of the computers. For further support call tech support of the router company or your DSL company.
