To the outside world, both computers and the router will appear to have the same IP address. The router performs some Network Address Translation (NAT) magic to keep things straight.

On your side the the network, the LAN, each computer has its own private IP address, invisible to the internet. These are usually either 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x addresses which are private and not routable.

no they will each have their own ip address. usually just one number apart at the end of the address.

yes only the router has a connection to the internet, think of it as the connector between you local network, and the internet, generally they mask your local pcs ip addresses completly from the outside world.
