Applications made in .Net don't run on computers without .Net installation , as they give an application error. any idea on how to solve this?

in Visual Studio Tools there is Package and Development wizard this will put all the files that the app need for running on any comuter ....

u just need to install .net framework on the pc where u want to run the .net application.
