I bought a one from their outlet and it has been great. I only looked at the certified refurbished and previously ordered new. I got the extra warranty on it also, so it is as good as getting a new one for less $$$.

On the scratch/dent, you can't really tell what is wrong with it...might be fine, might not. On the off lease, that means someone has been using it...like a used car.

Yes. The warranty is usually identical to a new machine and Dell techs have done a thorough job of making sure the machine is up to standards.
Friend I have also owned a PC of Dell Optiplex model, you can trust on Dell. I love it and hope you would also...

Go and buy it.....
Check the warranties. Usually, the warranties are only for 90 days, and if that is the case, there is no outside place that will insure a refurbished one.
Yes, Dell are a good company and besides you get also a guarrantee with anything you buy. I would say "go for it"
