Install xp on two computers from one cd?

Hi,

Is it legal to buy an Xp CD and install it on two computers?

And if it is not legal,am i really detected by microsoft?

i mean in what ways can microsoft detect me? what are the chances that microsoft can not detect me? have you ever done this?

ofcourse it is illegal...

but if u want to do that you can... only thing is u just have to take care below mentioned points....

1. make sure that u dont do auto update in our computer... (in both computers)

2. do not use any software which required authentification from microsoft site,...

if still by mistake you done anything and microsoft caught .. they will start sending msg sayin that authentification fail and please register,, in that case download below mentioned registry tool and run it in your computer.. it will make your xp version leagal... enjoy...!!!

If I've read things on this correct, how many you put up depends on what one you have, the full version (one that does not require a earlier version of windows) is good for up to three, the upgrade is only for one.
