How to delete previous iTunes account-enabled computers?

I only have one computer that I use for my iTunes account, but I have used others in the past and they are still active on the account (which prevents me from adding new ones).

I no longer have access to those computers - is there any way to deactivate them on the iTunes account?

Hi!

Launch iTunes on the computer you are using. Log into the iTunes store. Once you're logged in, click on your account name in the upper right corner. (You'll probably have to re-enter your password) Once you are looking at your account information, there is a section about the number of computers you have authorised. I don't know if you can de-autho a particular one, but you can de-autho all of them at once. Then go back to re-autho the ones you want to use. It's a bit of a pain to do it that way, but it's the only way I can think of!

For what it's worth, I had to do the same thing recently. I didn't lose any of my music or videos!!
