i will suggest you to go for new computers which are available in market at very less rates. you can buy computers @15000rs. new ones. with the configurations of Advanced-PIV(1.6),80GB,512RAM,15"colormo... and a good speakers+DVDRW.

or @12000rs. new ones with the configunrations of Moderate-Celeron1.6,80gb,512ram,15"color... ordinary and speakers.

you may accomudate dvd RW

even now you want to buy seconds the i suggest you to buy atleast these and at less price which i suggest.

1. PIV-Anything above 2.0GHz speed(recomended-dont go for less than this)

2. 512MB ram(recomended -256 is also good)

3. Minimum of 80GB of harddisk(check the warenty time left on the website - atleast 1year left warenty.)

4. good 15" color monitor. **(see wether that screen resulation iis good and the letters are looking good- this is most typical part as you have to give clear note that each and every letter is correctly read without color laps or blurred image)**
