Ok, how do I use my iPod with 3 computers without deleting any of my music? Do I need to back up my files? If So How?

If you are switching between Macs and PCs, you can't that I know of. If all the same, the iTunes account needs to be registered to you, otherwise it treats it as a foreign machine and tries to reformat.
At least I think that's it. I have mine working on both my Macbook and my MacMini.
