My daughter got a PC via her school,it's made by stone computers....when she went to turn it on this morning we heard 3 long beeps and then nothing. The monitor will not exit power saving mode but the pc sounds likes it's booting. I heard that beeps on start up can mean bios issues am i right?? I emailed customer support but with it being the weekend i've not had a response. Anyone got any ideas what could be going on?

I think Stone are a division of IBM, so three longs tones from the BIOS would be a keyboard or keyboard card error.
If it is new, or as you say from a school, I would take it right back. Thats not an easy thing to solve I don't believe

i have to agree with mr biscuits. if the school purchased them from stone computer they probably got a tech support agreement with the purchase if you go opening the case it could void the agreement.
might be your moniter is not properly connected.........or the socket on your motherboard gone damaged........check these points .........they will help you....
