Yes sure.The work could be completed in faster speed while working without a mouse,but one should surely possess knowledge about the short cut keys.

1. Open Control Panel.

2. Start Accessibility Options.

3. Select Mouse tab.

There lies the secret. You can click, double click, click and drag. Anything and everything using your numeric key pad.

i don't know. if you have a laptop then you can use the mouse thing. you probably can use the computer without the mouse but it will be much slower and you might not know what to do or what you did wrong if you do something wrong
just use the arrow keys!
it depends whether you are handicapped or not because you need a hand to operate the mouse
