Sounds like you need to do some homework on this subject. Computers are kinda GEARED for what you want to use them for. And can be loaded with all sorts of progams for different purposes. There is no BEST. They`re all made from the same 'foreign' parts now days! Know what you want to use it for first. Yu might want extra memory if you want real time graphics (Like Flight Simulator) ETCetra....
