i not that good at computers and i heard you can turn of a program with the keyboard please tell me how and other useful tips

To close a program.

Press the [Alt] button then use the Down Arrow keys to scroll down to Exit.

These are call keyboard short cuts, most programs have them, to see and learn them, use the mouse and go through a progams menu bar, in the drop-down lists you'll see the keyboard short cut for an action.

For example, open Internet Explorer, click Edit in the menu bar, you see Paste Ctrl + V

So press the Ctrl key plus the V key and this will paste.
