You need to practice interviewing. If you have A+ certification and interview well, you will have no trouble getting a job.
I have been a recruiter for 14 years and the best advice I can offer is to work your way up. A degree and or certification is very valuable, but the fact of the matter is that you do not have the "on the job" experience. This Will prove to be the most difficult part of you career experience, but it will pay off big time in the long run.
There is no substitute for hard work.
