How do these companies get, or not get, away with these?
I mean it's one thing to have Apple Records---indeed they likely came before the two Steves partied on with Captain Crunch http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/john_d... but to compete in the same field?
What can the corporate biggies hit these little imitating guys with and how do the latter counter it?
What if I wanted to start my own Orange Computers and Minisoft software? Could the "original" Orange computers and "Minisoft" sue me? with a decent chance of victory?
Your comments are appreciated.
Thanks.
Question: Can any body tell me about Orange Computers and Minisoft, and the legalities thereof?virus scanner
I used to work for a company that made small cube shaped computers.
A couple of years later after we started selling them, Apple came out with a similar size and shape computer.
Apple sued our company.
